How soon can I have my order?

Orders placed M-F prior to 3PM EST on most of our divisions will ship out the same day. Please check within each division’s Customer Service heading for that division’s cutoff time. Orders with custom logos will have a proof sent out within 3 business days. Once approved, production time is 10 business days.

Do you carry seconds?

No. We only carry top quality apparel. We do not have any plans to offer irregulars or seconds.

Can discounts be combined?

Discounts are unable to be combined.

Free shipping? Is it sent snail mail?

We offer free shipping at several of our divisions. Our free shipping option is sent UPS Ground. Please check with each division for the exact requirements needed to obtain free shipping.

Will I see a proof prior to production?

We insist that you approve an art proof prior to production. What is this you ask? The art proof is a page layout that shows your logo as it will appear on the item(s) selected. Orders do not start without approval. Repeat orders do not have proofs prior to production. Product mock ups are available upon request. Product mock ups and art proofs are only available after an order is placed. Please check with each custom logo division as they have different proofing processes.

How can I quickly reorder?

All of your orders are kept within your account and can be viewed when you login. You can view all of your past orders and reorder with one press of a button.

How do I cancel an order without a logo?

Once an order is placed through one of our divisions without a logo we instantly move to shipping. For this reason we may not be able to cancel your order once placed. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if cancellation is possible.

How do I cancel a custom logoed order?

Once an order is placed we instantly jump into setup mode to have your order quickly produced. For this reason, we may not be able to cancel the order. If an order can be cancelled, a 15% cancel fee may be applied.

Do you provide samples?

We actually offer all of the items we provide without a logo as low as 1 piece. So for this reason, we do not provide samples. You are welcome to order the item for review and follow the return process for that division.

How do I exchange or return an item that has a custom logo from Screen Print Outlet, Ideal Promotional or Apparel Monster?

Because the item is custom imprinted we do not accept exchanges or returns. If the item is defective we will provide a replacement or credit for the defective item. You must notify us with 10 business days of receipt of your order for a replacement to be issued/provided.

Do you accept purchase orders?

All orders are required to be paid via credit card directly on the site. We do not accept payment via PO.

Do you ship COD?

No, this option is not available.

Do you have a printed price list?

No, unfortunately pricing can change quickly. Due to this, we do not provide a printed price list.

Can I combine orders from multiple divisions?

We are not able to combine orders from multiple divisions. You will need to place an order for each division needed.

How do I exchange or return an order? (Without A Logo)

We do not accept exchanges. You can return items within 15 days of purchase. If you need a different item, you will need to place a new order at that time. Returns are not accepted after 15 days of purchase. You must contact the division from which you ordered in writing and obtain an RA number and an address to return the items prior to returning items. You can request an RA online through the division the order was purchased. You will need to provide us with the information on the items you will be returning. We will need details such as style, colors, sizes and quantities that are being returned.

Items received without an RA number are not returnable. Returns are not to be sent to our corporate office in Wilmington, NC. We will provide you with an address and RA number once we have received information on your return. LogosDirect does not cover the shipping for return orders or the original order shipment. If you received free freight you will be charged for the original shipping amount prior to free freight. The free freight offer does not apply to returns. All returns will have a 15% restocking fee applied. Please note that returns take between 2-3 weeks to process. We will be in contact with you once processed.

Please make sure that the garments follow the list below:

  • Garments have not been worn for a period of time (more than trying on)
  • Garments have not been washed or altered
  • Garments do not have added decoration (embroidery, screen printing, etc.)
